Bidder may verify the information themselves from the tendering unit.
The Kribhco will make effort to send the related e-mail communication. However, there will be no obligation or liability that will result on the Kribhco because of non-receipt of e-mail by the bidder. Service being free, any lapses on part of the Kribhco will not result in any liability on the Kribhco or its associates.
It will be the responsibility of the bidder to register his/her e-mail address, etc. correctly and keep it updated. The bidder will undertake to make necessary changes in the e-mail address etc. as needed punctually. The Kribhco will not be, howsoever, responsible for the bidder not receiving the communications and under no circumstances whatsoever any liability will attach to the Kribhco.
Our customers are entitled to expect that the Kribhco will treat any information provided to it by a customer within the terms of following Privacy Principles. This applies to all pages on the Kribhco's e-tendering system, unless otherwise indicated.
When you look at the Kribhco's e-tendering system, the Kribhco computers may record information which identifies, for each page accessed on the e-tendering system, the IP (Internet Protocol) address of the machine which has accessed it.
The Kribhco will use the information gathered to improve the services provided by the e-tendering system. The Kribhco will extract and publish aggregated information about usage patterns from these records. For example, our usage reports will examine trends based on the following information - your server address, your top level domain name, the date and time of visit to the site, the pages accessed and documents downloaded, the previous site visited, the type of browser used and operating system, etc.
The Kribhco will not disclose or publish information, which identifies individual machines, or potentially identifies sub-groupings of addresses, without consent.
The raw data is stored in a secure format and held by the Kribhco for archival purposes.
The Kribhco will gather more extensive information than stated above in the following circumstances:
The Kribhco reserves the right to make disclosures to relevant authorities where the use of the e-tendering system raises a suspicion that an offence is being, or has been, committed.
In the event of an investigation, the Kribhco will provide access to data to any concerned law enforcement agency to inspect our logs.
Due to the developing nature of Privacy Principles for on-line communication, this policy may be modified or expanded in light of new developments or issues that may arise from time to time.
Though the attempt would be made for handling the information provided by the customer within the terms of the website's then current Privacy Principles, the Kribhco would not be responsible or shall not be made liable to establish that it has not made the information available for other purposes.
The Kribhco reserves the right to alter the above conditions as considered necessary in the light of comments/suggestions received or otherwise. Such alterations will be put on the site and attempt will be made to communicate them through e-mail to the registered bidder. It is the responsibility of the bidder to de-register themselves at any time if they so desire due to their non-acceptance of such terms and conditions. Their continuance of registration will be deemed as their acceptance to the new/altered conditions as mentioned above.
