KRIBHCO has incorporated KRIBHCO Infrastructure Limited (KRIL), a 100% subsidiary of KRIBHCO, with authorized share capital of Rs.500 crore for operating Container trains and undertaking Infrastructure Projects. KRIL has a license to operate both Exim and Domestic traffic on the entire Indian Railways Network.KRIL has commenced business from its rail linked Inland Container Depot (ICD) on at Hazira in Dec. 2009. KRIL has acquired  the rolling stock such as Container trains & containers etc.  KRIL  is in an advanced stage of setting up Rail linked Inland Container Depots (ICDs) at various locations in the country.
