Dr. Chandra Pal Singh Vice Chairman Dr. Chandra Pal Singh is a well-known Cooperator. Currently, he is President of International Cooperative Alliance-Asia Pacific Region (ICA-AP). He was Member of Parliament from Jhansi constituency in the 14th Lok Sabha during 2004-2009 and Member of Rajya Sabha from 2014 to 2020. He has also served as President of NCUI. He has been Chairman of U.P. Cooperative Marketing Federation (PCF) for more than two terms. Mr. S.S. Yadav has been serving KRIBHCO as Director since December 2019. He has an accomplished ingenuity in project management, personnel management, financial management and societal development. He is an Engineering Graduate from G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar and a Civil Servant from 1989 batch of the Indian Telecom Services. For professional development he later pursued a Master’s degree in Public Management from esteemed London School of Economics.

In his 30 years prolonged career, he spent 18 years in senior leadership roles at telecom sector of GoI. Later he worked as Director at National Disaster Management Authority (2009-2011) and Director of Election Commission of India (2012-2014).

Sh. Manish Kumar Director (Finance) Sh. Manish Kumar is a B.Tech. (Civil) from IIT, Delhi and is also MBA in Finance. He joined Indian Audit & Accounts Service in 1993, after working in a private sector for 4 years. During his tenure in the Central Government and deputations, he served at senior management level especially in the area Accounts, Audit and Finance for more than 29 years. His experience includes working in Ministry of Finance and multilateral agencies such as UNDP and World Bank.
