OMIFCO
Oman India Fertiliser Company SAOG (OMIFCO), a key joint venture of KRIBHCO (18.75% stake alongside IFFCO at 18.75% , OQ at 37.50% and Public at 25%), operates a state-of-the-art ammonia-urea plant at Sur Industrial Estate, Oman. Established through collaboration between the Governments of India and Oman, it produces 2×1,750 MT/day of anhydrous ammonia and 2×2,530 MT/day of granular urea (46% nitrogen), supporting global food security with 1.652 million tons of urea and surplus ammonia annually. Renowned for consistent profitability, dividends, and eco-friendly practices, OMIFCO enhances KRIBHCO’s international footprint while prioritizing environmental responsibility.
KRIBHCO Infrastructure Limited (KRIL)
KRIBHCO Infrastructure Limited was incorporated on April 16, 2009 by Krishak Bharati Cooperative Limited (KRIBHCO). KRIBHCO promoted KRIL as its wholly owned entity with a view to effectively utilize the available infrastructural facilities. The main objective is to carry on the business of Total Logistics on Multi Modal Transportation of international and domestic cargo by setting up and managing Logistics Parks, Inland Container Depots, Container Freight Stations, Warehouses, Jetties, Private Freight Terminals and Other Infrastructural facilities at various locations within the country and abroad. KRIL started its operations w.e.f. 10th December 2009 from its Hazira, Gujarat terminal. On April 16, 2020, M/s Continental Warehousing Corporation (Nhava Seva) Limited (A DP World Group Company) has acquired 76% stake in the Company. KRIBHCO holds 24% equity stake in the Company.
